1. Who we are
This online store and www.solvis-ecopower.in are operated by KBS Cleaning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U20232KA2025PTC202227, GSTIN: 29AALCK8224G1Z7), Plot No. 3B, Site No. 3, 2nd Floor, KIADB Main Road, Opp. BWSSB, Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560058, India ("we", "us"). By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. Our online store delivers only to addresses in India.
3. Product
We sell SOLVIS® ecopower Universal Cleaner, a concentrated cleaner in 5-litre cans, as 1 can, a Pack of 2 or a Pack of 4. Product photos are for illustration. Always read the label and follow the dilution and safety instructions on it and on our website. Test delicate surfaces on a small hidden area first, and keep the product out of reach of children.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery within India is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card details.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. Home orders on our website are for household use. For business or bulk quantities, please request a quote at www.solvis-ecopower.in/business.html.
6. Discount codes
Discount codes, such as WELCOME5, apply only on the terms stated when they are issued. Unless the code says otherwise, a code is valid once per customer, cannot be combined with other codes and has no cash value.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
8. Use of our website
All content on our website and store, including text, photos, logos and the SOLVIS® name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You must not misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access or submit false orders.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by using the product against its label instructions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Contact and grievances
Email contact@solvis-ecopower.in (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM IST). Grievance officer: contact@solvis-ecopower.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
